Mike Beller is Chief Executive Officer of Thesys Group, Inc. (formerly Tradeworx), the financial technology holding company for Thesys Technologies LLC and Thesys CAT LLC. As CEO, Mr. Beller is responsible for the overall business, operations, and management, and oversees the corporate strategy and sets the technology vision for the Thesys Group companies. In his role as CEO, Mr. Beller is also responsible for the corporate leadership team and organizational culture enterprise-wide. In 2017, under his leadership, Thesys was selected to build and operate the SEC-mandated Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), which, upon completion, will be the largest financial database in the world. Today, Mr. Beller provides high-level guidance for Thesys CAT LLC, the Plan Processor for the CAT. Mr. Beller has over 30 years of experience in finance, telecom, and information technology industries. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Thesys’ Chief Technology Officer, architecting industry-leading low latency trading and big data analytics platforms, and solving some of the industry's most complex trading technology challenges. Prior to Thesys, Mr. Beller co-founded PenVision, a mobile field force automation company, innovating in wireless mobile computing and field force automation. Before that, he was a research engineer in the areas of wireless communications and cryptography, where he was co-inventor on multiple patents related to cryptographic protocols for mobile systems, at Bell Communications Research (Bellcore). Mr. Beller received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. He is an avid technologist who was an early adopter of the Internet, Linux, and Cloud and enjoys staying abreast of the latest technological innovations.
Chief Revenue Officer Thesys Technologies, LLC
Ali Hackett is Chief Revenue Officer of Thesys Technologies, LLC, a leading capital markets technology provider and subsidiary of Thesys Group, Inc. (formerly Tradeworx). In this capacity, Ms. Hackett is responsible for the strategy for growth through client acquisition, relationship management, business development, and marketing. In this role, she is working with Thesys Technologies’ clients, channel partners, and prospects to meet market demands, streamline costs and provide innovative trading technology and Reg-tech products. Ms. Hackett has a formidable global track record in sales, growth, and business development. She was the first woman global head of Prime Finance in the banking sector and in working in partnership with a co-head, built the fastest growing prime brokerage in both market share and profitability under her tenure. Prior to joining Thesys, Ms. Hackett was the US Country Head for the London Stock Exchange Group, a diversified international market infrastructure group, and the Global Head of Sales and Relationship Management and Head of US Office at the global clearing house, LCH. While at LCH, she was responsible for maximizing the value, reach and range of the Group’s existing customer relationships while pursuing new member and client business opportunities. She also co-chaired the Women Inspired Network, which is a cross company LSEG team for North America. In 2014, she served as an industry advisor with Formation 8, helping portfolio companies to develop successful client partnerships. Prior to this, Ms. Hackett was Senior Managing Director, Global Client Development and Sales at CME Group. In this role, she was responsible for leading the company’s global sales force and for the development, execution and management of the company’s global sales strategy across all asset classes. Previously, she spent nearly 20 years at Citi, serving in positions of increasing responsibility culminating with Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Prime Finance. Ms. Hackett led and developed several initiatives for diversity and inclusion at Citibank Fixed Income that included mentorship programs for women, African-Americans, and the LGBT community all while building the Global Futures Franchise. Initially, Ms. Hackett began her career as a trader for Prudential Bache Securities and has also held sales roles at Shearson Lehman, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Citibank N.A. Ms. Hackett has a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from Rutgers University. She serves on the board of Hedge Funds Cares/Help For Children since 2007. She is also on the board of non-profit Photo Safe, an organization that takes photos of children in foster care and retains them in a digitally safe place.

Anshul Anand is Chief Operating Officer of Thesys Group, Inc. (formerly Tradeworx), the financial technology holding company for Thesys Technologies LLC and Thesys CAT LLC. In this role, Mr. Anand is responsible for business operations, organizational functions, finance, and strategic planning for the Thesys Group companies. Previously Mr. Anand was Head of Business Development overseeing strategy and new business ventures. He has been responsible for initiating and closing deals that have accounted for a substantial portion of the Group’s business. His first major strategic deal at Thesys was closing the Market Information Data Analytics System (MIDAS) big data analytics system for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Subsequently, Mr. Anand focused on a deal to build a matching engine for Level ATS. His most recent success was leading Thesys’ bid to win and build the CAT, which will become the world’s largest data repository for securities transactions. While developing the formula for Thesys’ bid, Mr. Anand was able to bring in new strategic partners IBM and Latham & Watkins. Mr. Anand was raised in Muscat (Oman) and Dubai (UAE). He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT). Shortly after graduation Mr. Anand arrived in the US and matriculated at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he received a Masters Degree in finance, focusing on quantitative finance – the intersection of finance, applied mathematics, and computer science.

Chris Ray is Head of Financial Big Data of Thesys Technologies, LLC, a leading capital markets technology provider. In this role, Mr. Ray is responsible for the data and analytics platform offering at Thesys Technologies. Customers of the platform include trading venues, think tanks, buy-side firms and government agencies such as U.S. Treasury and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Mr. Ray is a market structure expert with over a decade of experience managing market structure strategy, trading technology, asset management, and regulatory issues. Mr. Ray was a part of the project team that was recognized at Thesys Technologies in 2017 for winning the mandate by the SEC to build and operate the Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT), which will become the largest financial database in the world. Prior to overseeing the Financial Big Data business at Thesys, Mr. Ray was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Tradeworx and a member of the Board of Directors from 2013 to 2016. He joined Tradeworx, currently known as Thesys Group Inc., as a developer and algorithmic trader in 2007, where he played a key role in building out Thesys’ trading operation before transitioning into a management role. Mr. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania through the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology.

Silvia Davi is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Thesys Technologies, LLC, a leading capital markets technology provider. In this role, she is focused on corporate and product marketing, business engagements, external and internal communications, public and government affairs, and digital communications for Thesys Technologies and its subsidiary, Thesys CAT LLC, the plan processor for the Securities and Exchange Committee’s (SEC) Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT). Ms. Davi is a seasoned global corporate communications, marketing and business development professional with over twenty years of experience in strategic public relations, financial communications, corporate identity, turnarounds, content strategy, branding, corporate social responsibility, relationship management, and international affairs across key industry sectors. Her experience stems from global PR agencies, in-house Fortune 500 organizations, startups, and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Davi is a recognized, multi-lingual expert in global and international affairs, financial services, technology, media, entertainment, and food & beverage sectors. She has received multiple accolades within various industries throughout her career. Recently, Ms. Davi was recognized on a "Women in Fintech Powerlist 2017," run by Innovate Finance, an independent association that represents the UK's global FinTech community. Before that, she fulfilled a VP, Global Head of Corporate Communications & Brand Marketing role at at Marsh & McLennan Companies. She also served as the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for the Food Bank of NYC. Ms. Davi’s fintech and capital markets experience is extensive, having spent over a decade at Nasdaq and Instinet. She served as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Head of Global Media Strategy at Nasdaq for eight years from 2003-2011, where she oversaw the Nasdaq MarketSite Studio, the exchange’s broadcast studio. In that role, she led the corporate communications and marketing for key business lines globally including its trading, listings, and technology businesses while working with the C-suite executive team on visibility campaigns. Ms. Farnham joined Thesys Technologies in February 2018, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources within the financial services industry. Gregory Barton has served as a senior executive to companies in Asset Management, Media and Technology for over twenty years in a variety of C-suite positions. Currently, Mr. Barton serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of WisdomTree Investments, Inc., an exchange-traded fund and exchange-traded product sponsor and asset manager. Before assuming this role in 2018, he served as WisdomTree's Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer since 2012. Before joining WisdomTree, Mr. Barton served as Executive Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary of TheStreet, Inc., a financial media company, from 2009 to 2012, following his role as General Counsel and Secretary of Martha Stewart Living, Omnimedia, Inc., a media and merchandising company, from 2007 to 2008. Preceding those positions, Mr. Barton served at Ziff Davis Media Inc., a technology media company, as Executive Vice President, Licensing and Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary from 2004 to 2007 and as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, from 2002 to 2004. Mr. Maguire has thirty-two years experience working for Broker-Dealers and Investment Advisors in the areas of Compliance & Financial Operations, and Research & Trading. He presently manages compliance for Quadeye Trading LLC, a quantitative Investment advisor. Prior to joining Quadeye, he was the CCO of Wilmington Capital Securities LLC, a full-service broker-dealer, and registered investment advisor. Previously Mr. Maguire co-founded and was the CFO/CCO of both Tradeworx Inc. (recently renamed Thesys Group Inc.) and Flatiron Capital Management LLC, successful hedge fund advisory firms. He was previously the CFO of Vasiliou & Company, a boutique broker-dealer specializing in distressed and high yield securities, where he managed a trading and sales team in distressed, convertible and risk arbitrage securities. Mr. Maguire began his career as an analyst at Bear Stearns in the High Yield area. He received his BS in Financial and Management Science from MIT’s Sloan School in 1986 and received his JD from New York Law School in 1993.
